Real Stories, Real Change
During one of or mindfulness painting sessions, a youth group discovered the calming power of painting, with many experiencing it for the first time. One participant with ADHD shared that he now sees painting as a valuable tool to manage his symptoms. This highlights how creative mindfulness activities foster relaxation which can support mental health while also inspiring positive choices as protective factors against initiating substance misuse.
